【Product Introduction】
A disposable indwelling needle is a medical device mainly used for peripheral intravenous infusion. The product consists of a stainless steel needle tube, a polytetrafluoroethylene catheter, a plastic needle holder and other components. When in use, the indwelling needle is inserted into the patient's blood vessel through a soft catheter to achieve long-term or repeated drug infusion. After the catheter is indwelled, it needs to be fixed with transparent tape and regularly checked and cleaned to prevent infection.
【Product Advantages】
Precise Puncture Design
The tip of the disposable indwelling needle is polished to a sharp angle of 15 degrees, and the needle is inserted smoothly, with a first-time puncture success rate of 97%.
High-quality Material Construction
The disposable indwelling needle is made of medical-grade polyurethane material with good biocompatibility, a tube wall thickness of 0.25 mm, and a tensile strength of 30MPa. It can withstand pressure fluctuations and bend adaptively with the blood vessels to reduce damage to the blood vessel walls.
High-efficiency Anti-blocking Performance
The lumen roughness of the disposable indwelling needle is Ra0.6, and it has heparin coating technology, which reduces the probability of thrombosis by more than 90%, ensuring that the lumen is unobstructed during the indwelling period.
Safe Fixing Mechanism
The fixed wing of the disposable indwelling needle is made of medical silicone material, with a fit of 99%, designed according to the contour of human skin, and the displacement or dislocation rate of the indwelling needle is within 1%.

Disposable indwelling needles can be divided into two types according to their structure: wing-shaped and quantitative. Wing-shaped indwelling needles (type I) are composed of protective sleeves, catheters, cannulas, fixed wings, catheter seats, needle tubes, needle seats, exhaust joints, and protective caps. Quantitative indwelling needles (type II) are composed of protective sleeves, catheters, cannulas, back-flow valves, nozzle caps, dosing ports, catheter seats, fixed wings, needle tubes, needle seats, exhaust joints, and protective caps.
The peripheral cannula needle catheter (referred to as catheter) is made of perfluoroethylene propylene copolymer (FEP) material and should be non-biohazardous.
The needle tube is made of 06Cr19Ni10 material, which complies with the provisions of GB/T 1220.
The cannula is made of polycarbonate (PC) material.
The back-flow valve is made of medical silicone rubber.
The fixed wings, catheter seats, needle seats, dosing ports, exhaust joints, and protective caps are made of medical grade polypropylene (PP).
The protective cover and medication mouth cap are made of medical polyethylene (PE).

【Intended Use】
This product is intended for peripheral intravenous infusion and should not be used for more than 72 hours.
【Reactivity】
This product may cause a mild tissue reaction.
【Contraindications】
If local irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
【Warnings】
Do not use if any leaks are detected.
Do not use the catheter if creases are found.
If the needle shows signs of breakage, discontinue use immediately.
【Operation Method】
Remove the protective cover and puncture the blood vessel according to the aseptic operation method. The recommended puncture angle is 15° to 30°. The puncture is successful when the blood flows back to the bottom of the needle. Then pull out the needle and leave the catheter in the blood vessel.
Connect the conical head of the infusion set to the catheter and fix the catheter to the patient with medical tape.
After the infusion is completed, if you need to continue the infusion, you can inject anticoagulant into the catheter and seal the catheter with a protective cover. If you need to continue the infusion, remove the protective cover and repeat step 2.
If swelling occurs at the infusion site, it means that the infusion has not entered the blood vessel. Perform a new puncture according to the aseptic operation method described in steps 1 and 2.
According to clinical needs, the three-way conical head can also be connected to the catheter as needed.
